SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION 

 Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.

 Processing:

-Evening Gowns can take up to 1-4 weeks (depending on the gown)
-Ball Gowns take up to 3-4 weeks 
-Custom Orders can take up to 4-6 weeks
-All Other Items take 1-2 weeks

Shipping:

-USA Shipping is through USPS Priority which takes 2-4 business days for delivery. 

-Canada Shipping is through USPS Priority which takes about 7-10 business days for delivery.

-International Shipping is through e-packet which can take anywhere from 13-25 days to arrive. We also offer DHL Express for international orders for an extra charge $25-$40 depending on the product you order and country.

DHL Express delivers within 4-7 business days.

*Once shipped out we are not responsible for delays, missing, lost or stolen packages.

*If package gets returned back to us for failure of pickup or invalid address, you will be responsible for paying for shipping again. There will be no returns or exchanges given. 

* Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including custom fees for some countries.

Return Policy:

-All sales are final, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

RHINESTONE DRESSES / SETS 

Products made with metal rhinestones fabric is very fragile so please handle with care. 

- Please do not pull or yank on the dress doing so will most likely make the dress tear and make it unwearable. 

-Please keep in mind you are warned about this before placing an order. A refund will not be given due to the dress tearing. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not buy. A lot of time and effort goes into making these dresses.

GLITTER DRESS 

Glitter Glued- Glitter will fall out but it’s completely normal and doesn't affect the dress. 

If you're not okay with glitter fall out, please do not buy.

Delays 

Delays can occur occasionally, especially during holidays and prom season due to high demands. If item is needed on a specific day, please let us know before placing your order so we can help accommodate you.
